The basement has cart parking, storage, maintenance and staging along with an office. The upper level includes a kitchen, dining area, bar, restroom and pro shop. The construction is a flat concrete slab at the second floor supported by concrete columns and concrete walls. The roof framing is flat and framed with structural steel, joists, and metal deck supported by steel or concrete columns. The exterior walls at the tower elements are metal stud framing. A mechanical mezzanine to house HVAC equipment is included.
