Hancock Village Center, Clermont, Florida. The project includes two single-story buildings – one 20,000 SF and the other 5,000 SF. Construction is steel joists and metal deck at the roof level supported by 8″ reinforced masonry walls and steel columns. Foundations are concrete spread footings.
