The total gross area of the building is approximately 207,000 SF. The lower two stories of the residential / office tower includes 275 parking spaces and some retail. The first two levels measure 180 feet x 288 feet. The upper six-stories consist of one story of office condo space and five stories of residential / condo which are 60 feet x 288 feet per level. The structure floor will be post-tensioned flat concrete slab with concrete columns and walls.
