LA Fitness Lakewood, Lakewood, Florida. The project includes a retrofit of a 44,611 SF Publix grocery store into a LA Fitness sports club. The renovation includes design for a new front façade structure and new front entry “Crown” feature, a new pool, relocation and removal of existing columns, and a raised roof for the racquetball court and the basketball court.
