Physicians Associates University, Orlando, Florida. The project is a two-story medical office with approximately 15,400 SF. The construction has porch features and several circular towers with clerestories. The structural system is steel joists and metal deck supported by masonry bearing walls and interior steel columns. The foundation is concrete spread footings and the floor a concrete slab on grade.
