Shoppes at Andover, Orlando, Florida. The project includes one single story retail building with approximately 23,000 SF. There is a bank with a drive-thru at one end of the retail building. Construction is steel joists and metal deck at the roof level supported by 8″ reinforced masonry walls and steel columns. Foundations are concrete spread footings.
