Shoppes at Baytree, Melbourne, Florida. The project includes three single story retail buildings with a total of 32,000 SF designed for 120 mps wind velocity. Construction is steel joists and metal deck at the roof level supported by 8″ reinforced masonry walls and steel columns. Foundations are concrete spread footings.
