Victoria Park, Deland, Florida. The project is 25,000 SF of retail in three buildings (two buildings have 7,500 SF and one building has 10,000). Construction is steel joists and metal deck at the roof level supported by 8″ reinforced masonry walls and steel columns. Foundations are concrete spread footings.
