Reunion Grande Hotel, Kissimmee, Florida. An eighty-four (84) room condo hotel with basement. ballroom, meeting rooms, cart storage, back-of-house, swimming pool and other amentities. The main tower is twelve stories with 330,000 SF total gross area and full basement. Parts of the structure are fourteen stories. The structure is a cast-in-place concrete flat slab and shear wall system with interior concrete columns. There is a transfer slab above the lobby and administration areas at the second level. The fourteenth level is structured to support a swimming pool, spa, terrace and bar area overlooking the golf course. The construction cost of the building is estimated to be over $80 million. McElroy Engineering provided full Threshold Inspection Services and construction administration for the project.
