Orange Avenue Properties, Orlando, Florida.  The project is a 51,200 SF warehouse building and a 20,475 SF Flex-Office Building. Both buildings are single story. The total area is 71,675 SF. The structure of the buildings are steel joists and joist girders or steel wide flange beam girders supported by interior steel columns and perimeter tilt-up concrete wall panels. The foundation will be concrete spread footings

OUC Maintenance Building, Orlando, FL. The project includes a new PEMB Maintenance Building with Single Girder 10 Ton Crane. The foundations will be Monolithic Slab Footings at PEMB Columns.

Northrop Grumman Warehouse, Apopka, Florida. The project is an approximately 11,300 SF warehouse building expansion. The structure of the warehouse is steel joist and girders/beams supported by interior steel columns and perimeter precast concrete wall panels. The wall panels and their connections are designed for both direct and lateral wind pressures. The new roof framing coordinates with the existing PEMB roof construction which is approximately 31 feet tall. The foundation is concrete spread footings. The project also includes a 1,300 SF two-story mezzanine adjacent to the existing building and inside the new addition.

Hanson Pipe Manufacturing Facility, Winter Haven, Florida. The project is a concrete pipe manufacturing facility which includes a 160,000 SF single story premanufactured metal building and a conventionally framed 8,000 SF single story office building.

Postal Facility VMF Replacement, Miramar, Florida. The project includes a new VMF replacement facility located adjacent to the Miramar Post Office. The project is a single story building with eight service bays and approximately 17,800 SF. The facility is exterior and interior masonry bearing walls and steel joist roof system. The roof is flat with 1 ½” metal deck and tapered insulation.

Postal Facility VMF Replacement, Port St. Lucie, Florida. The project includes a new VMF replacement facility at the U.S. Postal Facility in Port St. Lucie, FL. The project is a single story building with approximately 12,784 SF. The facility is exterior and interior masonry bearing walls and steel joist roof system. The roof is flat with 1 ½” metal deck and tapered insulation.
